One of my trello boards is set up for pricing. The first list on the board is 'To Price'. I try and get prices (entered as individual cards) out in 24 hours. To avoid jobs slipping through I wanted to have them automatically change color so that I can see at a glance what is still to look at.
i.e. When I add a job into 'To Price' it automatically turns green. After 24 hours in turns Blue. Then after 48 hours it turns Red.
This way I can see quickly what is running over.
I have had a look at butler but cant quite seem to work this out.
Can anyone help?! Thanks in advance!
Sadly enough, if you mean card covers when you say colours, I don't think Butler has access to them :( You can still use coloured tags instead though.
You could have one rule where, whenever a card is moved to 'To Price', it adds a green tag to the card.
Then make a Due Date Command: The moment a card in list 'To Price' with a green tag is due, remove the green tag, add a blue tag, and move the due date by 48 hours.
Then make another Due Date Command: The moment a card in list 'To Price' with a blue tag is due, remove the blue tag, add a red tag.
Maybe move it to the top of the list so you don't miss it as well. Or have the list sort by "time in list" at the end of every Due Date command run.(Due date commands are a paid account feature)
Thanks for the quick answer!
Yes I was hoping for card covers but expected tags may be easier.
This is really helpful, appreciate it!

No problem, was super psyched about beautifying card covers every which way when I found out about them too :P was sad when I couldn't find the relevant command ha
