Inbox Mail-To Address for Other Users?

Earlier, I stated somewhere that Inbox cannot be mailed to by others, but I just found a mailto-address under Inbox > Menu > Add from email > More options...

There's an address there that has yourusername+somestring @ app.trello.com...

Has anyone used that feature yet?
Does it allow others to mail to your inbox?

And what does "Reset email address" imply?--does that generate a new address, does it clean the inbox?

Haven't quite found the documentation for this and am not eager to go test, reset and find I have no inbox anymore.

1. Yes, anyone can add cards to your Inbox using that secret email address. That's why we recommend not sharing that address with others, or else you could potentially get spammed if that address leaks

2. If you do receive spam emails on that secret address, then you can reset that secret address. Regenerating a new secret address will not affect any existing cards in your Inbox. It is just that the old email address will stop working

3. We generally recommend using <inbox@app.trello.com> address because only emails sent from your primary email account will be added your Inbox. No one else can spam that address.
