How can I share a Trello board without them being a member on my board

Question

I would like to share boards I’ve created with my team, around 100 for them to use it as a template copy it and amend  it as suits them, how can I do this without them being a member as there will be multiple boards they will be using at different times and I don’t want to be billed for every member I’ve tried sharing the link but they can only get access to one board

Welcome to the Community! It's a good question and I feel there is two parts to it, to simply share your board without them being a member on the board you can use PowerUps like External Share.

Separately, you could make a copy of your board then turn it to public, share the link with the team where they can then make a copy of the board. Afterwards, you can close the board, or leave it public and submit as a Trello Inspiration board: www.trello.com/inspiration

The only way then would be to make the board a public template.  This will make it visible to the whole of the interweb but unlikely that anyone is going to be seeking it out.  It depends whether this is an option for you....
