Does anyone know if its possible to combine different plans among one business team members? Meaning that can I have a free version ( because I don't need more) and some of my colleagues can have the premium or the standard version, and if they do me as a free plan can I be able to be in their workspaces? and see the features?

The billing model when you aren't an enterprise customer is per-workspace. So if you want to set up to have a team with Standard or Premium versions, you could do it by having 1 paid workspace and several other free workspaces.
You can't mix and match within a workspace though but you could potentially make use of the single-board guest rule in the workspace to limit your costs
