Automation - using # of items in list as trigger for movement in/out

Automation - using # of items in list as trigger for movement in/out

Hi all- looking to use automation to drive my workflow a little bit better.

I have three lists:

Backlog
In Process
Done

I only want to have three items in the list at one time, so I've been using the trigger "when list has fewer than 3 items" as a starting point. Once I move an item from In Process to Done, I'd like the automation to move the top card from the Backlog list into the In Process list. But I can't seem to find the Action that would do that.

Is this something that is possible with Automations? Thanks!

No problem. Using Trello as a pull system seems absolutely perfect to me....
