Automation not firing

Hi all, 

So I have a fairly basic automation in place.

• When a custom field is set to News Page
• Add the News Page Build Checklist from the News Page Build Checklist from the News Page Build Checklist

1. I have the automation enabled
2. I've tried clearing browser cache if that was maybe an issue.
3. I've change from checklist name to checklist URL
4. I've also made changes to the name of the checklist to make it slightly different from card name

And nothing seems to get the automation to fire, any suggestions on what I can do?

@Matthew McGookin you're doing all the right things that i can tell, only thing i can think of is maybe there is a random whitespace at the end of the card name or checklist item name?
