FedRAMP is a government-wide program that promotes the adoption of secure cloud services across the federal government by providing a standardized approach to security and risk assessment for cloud technologies and federal agencies. Trello announced FedRAMP authorization in October 2020 at the Low Impact level but, without broad adoption in the government marketplace, we will end that authorization status as of September 1, 2026.
FedRAMP likely does not pertain to most people here in this forum, in which case you can disregard this message. However, if by chance it does, we wanted to provide a public notification of this change and recommend looking into Atlassian Government Cloud. It is a secure, FedRAMP authorized cloud environment available for Jira and Confluence usage (but not Trello) at the Moderate Impact level.
If you are a US government agency or US government contractor, you can reach out to your account manager or contact our Atlassian Support team support.atlassian.com/contact/# with questions.
