Surprise! Live Zoom AMA: Celebrating Atlassian Williams Racing’s Qatar podium 🏁

AWR AMA Dec 2025.png

To celebrate Atlassian Williams Racing’s podium in Qatar this past weekend (and our first season as partners), we’re hosting a special live AMA about our transformation journey so far — and you’re invited. 🥳 We're nearly one year in, but we're just getting started!

Add/upvote questions about the team and the teamwork transformation Atlassian & Williams are driving forward, then join us live on December 11 at 5pm GMT to hear directly from Richard Sworder, Head of Product Ownership at Williams and Andrew Boyagi, Customer CTO for Williams.

We’re excited to answer your question on topics like…

  • Onboarding Williams to the Atlassian Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo) and Jira Service Management
  • The critical role AI is playing in modern motorsport and how Williams is using Rovo to accelerate decision-making on and off the track
  • Lessons learned in year 1 and what lies ahead for us in year 2
  • … and more!

Drop your questions in this thread, and be sure to RSVP to join Richard and Andrew live on December 11 at 5pm GMT.

I'm curious to learn how they faced the challenge to onboard Loom and their best use cases. When I share what Loom is some people reply: why would I need tiktok in my team? Oh boy.

I guess a few that hopefully are decent:

  1. From the initial idea to current day, how long did it take for the team to start seeing "value" from leveraging Atlassian products?
  2. What's the team's favorite product that they use? Is their favorite product the same that is the "most helpful?" (However that is rated).
  3. What's the best error/mistake that was made? Did this lead to useful lessons learned? Or was it just a pitfall that comes naturally when using new products?
