We have installed Source Tree on a PC that several users have access to - we have a group user account for this.
How can I protect my personal token here? I don't want it to be stored permanently in SourceTree to prevent colleagues from logging in and committing with my account/login.

Don't use a shared account when logging into the computer. Have your IT team setup individual accounts so that the app data is not shared. This is the only way to protect your information as there is no way in SourceTree to prevent someone who has access to your account on the computer from using the credentials you entered into SourceTree.
