can't install source tree on W10

I saw that there are a lot on this item so i tried to see the solution on the previous Q & A. On my case, running installer 3.3.8 will get me message Installation failed and when I open the log file ,it is empty. In the App/sourcetree folder there are installed app-3.3.8,packages folders and Update.exe.

Please advise me
