Hi Cassio,

I haven't tested it, but I imagine you should be able to treat an AWS CodeCommit repository as just another git remote. I'd recommend trying authenticating with SSH as CodeCommit's support for HTTPS uses a custom credentials helper, which I'm not sure SourceTree will recognize.
