Hi,
In SourceTree, whenever I push code to some other remote branch, tracking option of that branch is automatically changed to that remote. How can I always fix the tracking to my local remote?

What do you mean by a "local remote"?
Means the "origin"
Are you pushing to another remote? Do you just want to avoid changing the tracking information when pushing to a remote other than your origin? You can uncheck the box under the "Track?" column on the Push dialog.
