The right click on a file in a commit shows "Log Selected", but clicking this does nothing.

Windows versrion 3.2.6.  This has always worked in the past.  It no longer works, and I can not review the changes using Log Selected.  This is a feature I have always used, and it no longer responds. 

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have looked online, and do not see anything on this change in behavior.
