Sourcetree crashes on startup

Question

I'm dead in the water with Sourcetree, and I can't figure it out.  As soon as I start Sourcetree, it crashes.  I never see the window.

I'm running the latest version (this didn't change).  Also, I tried wiping my preferences https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SOURCETREEKB/Wiping+SourceTree+Preferences and that didn't fix it either

Any ideas?

I fixed this, don't know exactly it was though.

I upgraded to .net 4.5, and fixed an invalid static IP configuration for my wired adapter.
