Sourcetree Mac won't commit

After updating to 3.1.1 I can't seem to commit anything. It sees the changes but then it still says there are changes to commit. I tried removing Sourcetree and re-installing it. I have verified that I can commit these changes with the command line hg tool.

Hi @eci_osc,

There is a known issue with Mercurial and committing partial sets (unchecking one or more files) that will get fixed up this week. Our apologies for the hiccup.
