Source Tree close immediately after open. sourcetree.log shows "Failed to list projects for user"

Question

Im new to sourcetree. Just installed few weeks back and it was working normally, but now i cannot open it anymore. The sourcetree.log show message below :

ERROR [2020-07-28 15:19:10,056] [1] [SourceTree.Exceptions.RemoteHostException] [Log] - Failed to list projects for user [chong.chiat.wong@ni.com]

Could it be related to personal access token? The token i created before is expired.

I tried to do a fresh installation follow this post but it is still the same.

0- make sure your atlasian account is working 1- Uninstall Sourcetree 2- Remove/rename the following folders: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\SourceTree C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Atlassian C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Atlassian 3- Install Sourcetree (skip mercurial, connect to bitbucket)
