Is there a way to insert hooks for Jenkins through sourcetree?

It sits in the 'hgrc' file which sits in '.hg/' folder. I just wanted to know if there was an easier way of adding hooks through the client. Currently everytime I clone a new repo, I have to go into the file and input the jenkins hooks.just wanted a nice 'Click here' put in the jenkins link and save :). Is there?

Hooks sit in the repository right? And not in the repository client?
