Question about SourceTree

We are currently encountering the problem that SourceTree does not remember all settings that are stored within %Appdata%\Sourcetree.exe_%GUID%.
We have tried to package this in about 6 different ways, but unfortunately we cannot save all the settings

Enable Roaming Profiles: By default, Sourcetree stores critical data like bookmarks.xml in %LocalAppData%. To force these settings into the roaming profile (%AppData%\Roaming\Atlassian\SourceTree), you must manually enable the "Use Roaming Profile" checkbox found in the SourceTree General Settings.
