Not able to clone the repo using HTTPS URL from command line

When I am trying to access the repository using my HTTPS URL it is giving me error as below:

remote: Too many invalid password attempts. Log in at https://id.atlassian.com/ to restore access.

fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/upgrad_dev/live-sessions-android.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Though I'm able to log in on https://id.atlassian.com/login?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fstart.atlassian.com%2F with the same password.

I have tried manually logging in many times but still not able to clone the repo using the command line.
