Whilst I have Sourcetree open, a login window pops up every 1/2 hour for a split second, then disappears.

I haven't been able to identify exactly which credentials it's asking for, I've just seen the username/password input boxes (which appear to be empty). I haven't managed yet to identify what's written in the title bar.

I have credentials ("Rest saved passwords" and "Git saved passwords") for bitbucket.org and for an internal Bitbucket server; both are working fine as is with the saved credentials. There are no other accounts configured.

I'm using version 3.3.8.3848 on Windows 10. It says I'm up to date.

This may sound trivial, but the window takes the focus from whatever window I'm working in when it pops up, so I'm having to keep Sourcetree closed and open it each time I need to use it.

Did you manage to solve this problem? What was the cause?

When it occurred on my machine I was able to solve it by removing saved passwords from Tools->Options->Authentication and then reauthenticating. But now other users experience the problem and cleaning the password cache does not help.
