JavaScript Load Error

I tried to install Atlassian SourceTree.

At the "License agreement" section, I clicked "Use an existing account", then "JavaScript load error" appeared.

What should I do to solve this error?

I can access the URL https://aid-frontend.prod.atl-paas.net/atlassian-id/front-end/5.0.445 which is described in the error window via Google Chrome, then appeared login window, but I cannot log in and an error "認証情報の確認中に問題が発生しました。" appeared.

It seems that people who were facing the same issue got them resolved by using IE. Would you be able to try using them as well?

I tried it by using Microsoft Edge, because IE is end of support, but the issue was not resolved. The same error message appeared.

Hello Ai, I am having the same error as Yoshimoto. Is internet explorer the only solution?
