I could not pull and got following error.

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks fetch origin
fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.it.xxxxxx.com/xxx/xxxx/xxx.git/': Received HTTP code 404 from proxy after CONNECT
Completed with errors, see above.

How can I fix this problem.

404 means the server is not there.  Check your network and if the server you are trying to connect to is running ok.
