How to setup repository on coworker machine

I already have Git repository setup and working. I'm using source tree to push/pull etc, from the repository and all is working fine. But now we have hired a new programmer and I need him to be able to connect to the same repository and clone from it. I've added him as user already on bit bucket and given him read/write access. 

I've installed Git on his computer and source tree but i'm not sure how to setup the repository settings for source tree. 

What should the remote repository path be for his machine?
