It seems that SourceTree does not properly issue a "hg qclone" command when trying to clone a patch of a repo (i.e., forked repo via MQ patches will have a command line of hg qclone ssh://repourlhere).
Can you confirm that SourceTree currently doesn't issue this type of command for patched repos?
