Date field in SOAP

Friends,

I would like to know if is mandatory date fields with data in SOAP, or can be defined?

Because in a service we have there is date fields returning empty, and it cause an error.The fields are not defined as mandatory.

I think is a basic information but I do not know.

I think you've mis-tagged your question. SourceTree is client-side software, and doesn't provide any SOAP interfaces that I know of.
