A commit that doesn't want to get pushed

Hi,

This should be a basic problem, but it is not the first time it appears to me, and the last time I lost all the work. So now, I'm so cautious and paranoid.

I've tried to push a commit, but sourcetree says it can pushed because:

But now, as usually, I have a commit waiting to be pushed, meanwhile the uncommitted changes are making a pile.
Which would be the procedure in these situations?

Based on your screenshot, you are trying to push to GitLab, not Bitbucket!
