Welcome to the community @Tejas N This usually happens when RovoDev can’t open an interactive session—most often due to a missing or blocked MCP connection, or the shell not being able to stay attached. Quick checks:
• Make sure you run it from a directory you have write access to.
• Try launching it directly from a standard terminal (not inside another tool).
• If you have an acli.exe in the folder, remove or move it—RovoDev may mis-detect the workspace.
• Reinstall the Atlassian VS Code extension and retry from a clean window.
If it still closes instantly, run with --verbose to capture logs and send them to Atlassian Support—it’s a known intermittent startup issue.
