I've created an agent and and have selected a few specific confluence pages & slack as the knowledge sources. When I chat with Rovo, I keep getting responses that are either entirely or partially from Google Drive. I've tried adding a line in the instructions about only sourcing information from the selected knowledge sources, but that didn't seem to have an impact. Any idea how to stop this or could this just be a bug?
Hi @Eric Slosburg — great question and welcome to the community.
Rovo should only use the sources you select, like specific Confluence pages or Slack, but there are a couple of reasons it might still pull from Google Drive:
Prompt vs. settings – Adding instructions in the prompt helps, but it’s more important to check the agent’s knowledge source settings (see screenshot). Make sure no other sources like Google Drive are still included there.
Fallback behavior – If Rovo can’t find a good answer from your selected sources, it might fall back to using other connected sources (like Google Drive), especially if they’re connected for the whole site.
If you’ve already checked the settings and it still happens, it could be a bug. Please click the thumbs-down icon to send feedback, and consider submitting a support ticket.
Appreciate the reply! My source settings are definitely correct, but what was odd is that I know that my questions were answered in the selected sources so there shouldn't have been a fallback situation. Either way I'll send them some feedback.

Thanks, @Eric Slosburg! Appreciate you flagging this to Atlassian—these kinds of reports are key to improving Rovo’s behavior. If your selected sources clearly contain the answer, it definitely sounds like something worth investigating. @Hector Menchaca or @Himanshi thought?
