Rovo AI Subagents add subagent doesn't work

Hi,

I have created a lot of subagents, but now visiting back to the page, none of my subagents are listed anymore, and clicking on the "Add subagent" doesn't give me another trigger to fill out. Is anyone else having the same issue? What should I do?

Hey @Diem Chau, since the agent was created before the model/UI switch and the subagents disappeared after migration, this sounds like a Rovo Studio migration or UI regression rather than an instruction issue. If the agent still responds but subagents can’t be viewed or added, I’d open an Atlassian Support ticket and include the agent name, when it was migrated, screenshots, and whether duplicating the agent restores the subagent list.

has your Agent been created before the Model Switch and/or the Switch to the new Rovo Studio UI?

I am not seeing similar issues. Older Agents still show the "Scenarios" rather than Subagents.

Hi Rebekka,

The Agent was created before the Model switch, but I allowed it to switch to the new Rovo Studio UI afterward. Initially, I was building with scenarios, then with the new UI it switched to sub-agents. Everything worked fine until last week, when all the sub-agents disappeared, and I can no longer add new ones. However, I can still ask questions and prompts, and the AI responds.
