I have been using for a while now, but recently i am facing this issue of network error for every request i make, and is almost making it impossible to work and get the responses from ROVO
If the issue persists, I'd recommend you open a Support request at https://support.atlassian.com/ and give them all the details. Anytime you're seeing error message you should get the option of copying the Log, where otherwise the thumbs up/down buttons show up.
Welcome to the community @Jitesh Revankar A constant “network error” usually isn’t caused by your agent or browser. It typically means Rovo is hitting a temporary backend outage, slow response, or timeout on your site. If every request fails, try a fresh browser session. If it continues, capture the timestamp and open a Support ticket so they can trace the failing requests on the server side.

Hello @Jitesh Revankar
I’ve been using Rovo for several months now, and recently it’s been showing some unusual behavior. To better understand your issue and help you troubleshoot, could you please clarify the following:
• Are you currently using a single Rovo agent, or multiple agents?
• When you first started using the Rovo agent, was it running successfully?
• What is the expected outcome from the Rovo agent? What result should it return?
Best Regards,
Ugnius

Are you currently using a single Rovo agent, or multiple agents?
-- We have multiple agents created, and mostly we use the default agent for any resource or info we need
When you first started using the Rovo agent, was it running successfully?
-- Yes it was working amazing, from last 4-5 days facing this network issues
What is the expected outcome from the Rovo agent? What result should it return?
-- The Rovo agent should read through the tickets , summarise and help us with the overview of ticket and also in few cases we use it to summarise about the ticket and also read through any confluence document which talks about that ticket and provide us with test cases too. Almost like a version control to update out confluence documents too when new changes are there

So, to clarify: are we using Rovo Chat and selecting an agent that is designed to read the work item’s summary and description?
Or does this agent operate at the project level and get triggered through automation rules?
