MCP remains one of the busiest areas of discussion, but the questions are getting more technical. Common discussions include:
A useful distinction emerged: native connectors index external knowledge into the Teamwork Graph, while MCP provides on-demand access to context and actions.
Agent questions increasingly involve complex workflows: creating defects, transitioning Jira work items, following document chains, generating reports, and executing multi-step processes. A recurring lesson is that adding more instructions doesn't necessarily make an agent more reliable.
A stronger pattern is emerging:
This is especially relevant when agents are invoked through Automation, where capabilities can differ from interactive Chat.

These discussions reinforce an important point: AI quality depends heavily on knowledge quality. Outdated pages, duplicate documentation, conflicting instructions, and poorly structured content can quickly become AI problems too.
Rovo Dev generated considerably more troubleshooting questions this round. Common issues included:
We also continued seeing activation, connector provisioning, browser-specific behavior, missing Rovo access, and intermittent failures. One takeaway: the visible error isn't always the root cause. Logs, timestamps, HTTP responses, and comparing working versus affected users often provide much better clues.
Organizations are asking deeper questions about:
The conversation is moving beyond “Can we enable Rovo?” toward “What can it access, what can it change, which models process our data, and how do we govern it?”
That's a healthy sign of adoption maturing.
