Actually we have different types of alerts like P1, P2, P3, P4, P5. P5 is informational alert. So I need to stop the voice and call notification for P5 alerts only. Could you please tell me the path to stop call notifications.
You can set up notification rules on your profile to control how you are notified for different alerts.
