Cannot add more than one routing rule

Hello,

We are evaluating opsgenie and I am not able to add more than one rule for my team.

Any idea why I can create only one rule or why the Add rule button is not appearing any more ?

Note that we are on a jira trial instance.

Hi @serge calderara ,

That's a restriction with your plan then. Free and Essentials plans are limited to 1 routing rule per team.

If you are an Owner in your account, you can upgrade your trial under the Quick Start Guide tab.
