Broadly speaking, we want to know how Atlassian products and solutions have transformed the way you and your team work together. We’re looking for:
Breakouts: A 45-minute long session that demonstrates how a process, Atlassian product, or system was utilized to achieve a goal or resolve an issue.
Panels: 45-minute long sessions hosted by a group of speakers as they dive into a specific topic, product, or solution designed to present diverse perspectives, exchange ideas, and spark meaningful insights and conversations.
Theater sessions: A short session, lasting no more than 15 minutes, that will be hosted on our expo floor in open theatres.
Create an impactful session description, while also remaining concise.
Pin point at least 3 key takeaways attendees can expect to learn from your session.
Highlight primary insights participants will gain.
Clearly describe the session's content and key takeaways. If inviting a customer speaker, include their organization’s name.
We know it’s a lot of work to submit your session and we want to be transparent about the selection process to help set expectations.
Our Call for Speakers usually sees several hundred session submissions and we only have a handful of spots to fill.
Please know that we value every submission, but this process is very competitive.
If you’re session is not accepted, that doesn’t have to be the end of the road. Chat with your Atlassian Community team about other opportunities to host an ACE or a Braindate at Team '25 Europe.
A selection committee comprised of individuals from across Atlassian teams. Our reviewers come from a wide variety of demographic backgrounds and possess a broad range of expertise to ensure there are diverse perspectives when selecting the content presented at Atlassian events.
Through an anonymous review process. The selection commitee cannot see any identifying information about the presenter while the content is being evaluated. This will allow us to assess the true merit of the proposal without allowing someone’s demographic characteristics or speaking experience to bias our decisions.
After determining the highest quality submissions from each track, our selection committee will meet to ensure that we have an appropriate balance of speakers. In addition to the diversity and experience level of our speaker lineup, we also try to ensure a good mix of Atlassian employees and customers.
