New 100% off discounts for nonprofits and social enterprises & how to get them

We just announced a new 100% off discount for nonprofits and social enterprises – eligible organizations can now get Teamwork Collection Standard or Premium up to 25 users at no cost. Plus more!

If you’re new to Atlassian you can get started here.

If you’re an existing customer - follow these steps to activate the discount. 

• Go to admin.atlassian.com

• Billing

• Add subscriptions for Jira, Confluence, Loom or Teamwork Collection (Standard or Premium editions) on an annual billing cycle, with 25 users or fewer.

• Your estimated bill should reflect $0

• Need assistance? Contact support.

If you're an existing customer on Jira, Confluence, Loom or Teamwork Collection and on monthly billing, please contact support to switch to annual. Select Quotes and Plan Changes > Change cloud plan.

When I select annual for my already Goodstack approved and active non-profit social impact instance with less than 20 users, I get sent to a page saying $914.70
