Hi everybody,
it’s been some time since this group was created and lot of the members were really new to Jira.
As a somebody, who has been working with Atlassian tools for a few years on a daily basis, it is hard to imagine, how complicated it is to start with them. I only remember how much I was afraid to delete something in the production instance.
So, how you’ve been doing so far? Are there any difficulties in your work with Jira? What was the most difficult to learn?
Thank you for sharing your stories, it can help others to start.
The learning has been going well, but the practice has not been as much as I had hoped. Admin tools are under my belt, but our current environment is pretty stable and static, so I have not been able to practice as much as I was preached.
I'd also like to see more learning opportunities for ops team members that need to work in Jira Software, JWM and JSD. There is a lot of focus on the administration of the software, but not enough on the usage.
