Hi @Akalie Mekonnen nigatu - Welcome to Community! Do you mean Confluence user groups in the app or here in Community a group for talking about Confluence?

And if you mean the latter question, you can join different interest groups within the community, and other people that use Confluence will be able to exchange ideas, help with questions, and generally do helpful and sometimes fun things. If you add a tag for Server/Data Center or Cloud, then you can get a more precise answer for your question.
