no way to cancel subscription

The cancellation path depends on whether your Loom account is integrated with Atlassian or not.
To check: go to your Workspace Settings. if you see a message saying "Loom is now a part of Atlassian. Manage settings and users in Atlassian Administration" at the top, your account is integrated. In that case, head to admin.atlassian.com/billing, find Loom, and manage/cancel from there.
If you don't see that message, go to Workspace Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage Subscription and follow the downgrade flow to cancel.
Either way, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
Try contacting Atlassian using a no-login option
If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:
Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
Continue without logging in.
Enter your email.
In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
