I hope you’re doing well.
I recently noticed that my Loom subscription was automatically renewed, which I unfortunately didn’t realise at the time. I also noticed that I haven’t been using Loom during this renewed month.
I wanted to kindly ask whether it might be possible to issue a refund for August 2025 as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciate Loom as a tool and would be happy to continue using it in the future—now knowing clearly how the renewal works.

The very same thing happened to me on my private site and they sorted it out for me quickly.
