Hi,
I've always logged into Loom with Google but now I get an incorrect login error message and I can't change my password as the email doesn't come through.
I've updated browser, reset cache etc. But I read you need to log in with the same email as Atlassian and mine aren't the same. Can you help at all?

Here's a workaround to get in touch with Loom support if you're not able to open a ticket (which requires logging in):
Hi @Holly Partridge , I think Loom login merged with your Atlassian login. At least it did for me about one month back.
