I am receiving multiple complaints that people are not able to play my videos, I'm running a community event with many tutorials hosted on loom but people are not able to access it. They've tried multiple browsers / devices / networks and nothing seems to work. What might have happened so suddenly that many people are affected and none of the typical troubleshooting steps seem to help? I personally am able to still play them without issue, but the number of people who started reaching out about 11h ago or so is quite significant to think it's a local user problem. Thanks for your help!
[UPDATE] We've narrowed it down to iPhone / iPad devices and it could be due to OS upgrade
