Admins, how are you dealing with video ownership transfer requests?

We have thousands of users and many recently started using Loom. A recent occurrence has been offboarded or soon to be offboarded users where we get requests to transfer ownership of their videos in Loom to their manager or a team member. Technically they can updated individually but there is no bulk function and there's no way this is a scalable service for 1 admin to provide whenever people offboard. 

Wondering how you other admins are handling these requests?

May be you can try this, hope it will help.

• Use Loom’s API to automate bulk ownership transfers via scripts.
• Create a shared team account to centralize ownership and simplify management.
• Generate reports of videos for departing users and transfer manually if needed.
• Plan ahead by including video transfer in offboarding checklists.
• Automate with tools like Zapier if possible.
