How to start my career with Atlassian?

Hi everyone!

I've been trying to apply and start a career with Atlassian for the past 2 years with no luck. I can say my last successful interview was in July 2022 for a Peer-Level interview for the Customer Advocate - APAC role.

I've been applying on Linkedin and Atlassian's Career site and still no luck even for an initial interview.

Any suggestions or advice on what to do? Please help!

Compare the job description to your resume. Seek out the skills and experience that are missing.

Since you have had one interview, use that to your advantage, by thinking about what they asked vs what was in the job description and add those to your list of things to improve on.
