Ho we can enable multi-language like French, Portugese and other languages for the agents account in JSM Premium cloud instance

For agents, this cannot be done, rather for customers when you go to Language support and choose the language. Alternatively, agents should change the language of their Jira.
Hi @Nikola Perisic , For customer when we go to Langauage support . We have to manually do the translation for each field for each lanaguage and add it. So, if we have many language and manu fields for each langauge it would be tedious manual work.

No, this would have to be done manually. Bear in mind, this only applies to the customers, not agents.
