Are there some issues when trying to save content on a JPD ticket?

Some of my team have reported issues when trying to actively work in a JPD ticket and add content that they are saving their work but when coming back to the ticket seeing that the latest version hasn't saved.

We were wondering if this is a known issue if more than one person has that particular ticket open?

Hi @ABIL I can only think of one scenario where this happens: when 2 people or more make changes to the description at the same time: the last one to save their changes overrides the changes from the other. We're about to release a fix for that. 

Other things to check: Are the changes saved in the draft? (if you click to edit again the changes should be saved as draft if they haven't been saved yet). is it possible that people don't hit the "save" button (since everything else JPD is saved as soon as you click to exit). And finally: if it happens, and they refresh the page, are the changes there?
