📣 Planned maintenance on Sunday, Dec 14, 2025

Hello JPD community,

We're scheduling a short maintenance window to make your experience smoother and more reliable.

The maintenance will take place on Sunday, December 14th, 2025 between 11 AM UTC and 12PM pm UTC. This maintenance will impact edit actions in Jira Product Discovery spaces. There will be no impact to view or browse any parts of the site during the maintenance window.

During this maintenance window, any attempts for edit operations will return an error.
End-users will need to refresh the browser window and re-submit any change after the maintenance window.

Note: During the scheduled maintenance, customers are not entitled to SLA credit compensation as outlined in our legal agreement.

Thanks for the heads-up, Rishabh! It’s good to know exactly when the maintenance will happen and what will be affected. I appreciate that viewing won’t be impacted — at least we can still keep track of things while edits are temporarily down.

These short maintenance windows are always a bit disruptive, but it’s reassuring to know the team is working on improving performance and reliability. I’ll make sure to plan around that Sunday window so any changes I need to make don’t get lost
