Global Views Early Access sign-up

Hi everyone,

We’re opening an Early Access for Global Views in Jira Product Discovery and we’re looking for customers who want early access and are happy to share feedback.

What problem does it solve?
Today, if you want the same view across multiple spaces, you have to recreate it again and again, then repeat every update manually. That gets messy fast, especially for larger teams trying to keep ways of working consistent.

What are Global Views?
Global Views let admins create a view once and reuse it across multiple spaces. When the configuration changes, those updates stay in sync everywhere the view is used.

Why this matters

• Standardize views across teams and spaces

• Reduce repetitive admin work

• Keep configuration consistent as your organization scales

• Make it easier to roll out shared processes and reporting views

Examples of where this helps

• Using the same roadmap or prioritization view across many product spaces

• Creating a common leadership or portfolio view for multiple teams

• Rolling out a standard workflow without rebuilding the same view every time

@Kamila Czubaj, When released in GA, will this feature be available on the Standard plan? I would like to sign up for the EAP, but we are currently on the Standard plan and I don't want to make something available that will be taken away once it moves to GA.
