Hi Goals Community,
We know that as your organisation grows, your Goals directory can get crowded. Whether you’re tracking 50 goals or 5,000, finding the ones that need your attention should be easy.
We’ve added four powerful new filters to the Goals directory to help you cut through the noise and surface the goals that need your attention most.
Score: Instantly surface goals within a specific numeric range (e.g. Score < 0.4) to spot risks before they become problems.
Last Updated: Identify stale goals that haven’t had a status update in 30, 60, or 90+ days, or set your own custom date range.
Target Date: Focus on what’s due this week, this month, or what’s already overdue.
Goal Type: Multi-select specific types like Objectives or Key Results or your own custom goal types to quickly narrow your view.
We also reordered the filters so that these most-used and most-relevant filters are displayed first, ensuring they aren't buried as we continue to add more capabilities.
You asked for more precise ways to build relevant views and focus on the goals that matter most. You told us you needed better ways to steer your teams, surface risk, and improve goal hygiene as your directory grows.
No action is required. We’ll be rolling out this change progressively over the next two weeks.
We’d love to hear how these new filters are helping your team. Drop a comment below and let us know your favourite way to use the goal directory and views.
