how to close the review which I created
It could be that you can't close the review because no one has completed your review.
One "gotcha" customers run into is that only users with the 'Complete' permission can complete a review. It could also be that you don't have close review permission as well. You may want to review permission schemes to make sure you are permitted to take those actions within the project.
