How do you delete a review after the Author & Moderator user was deleted from the system

We have some old reviews that users started and since that time the user accounts have been deleted. So the question is how to delete these reviews from the projects?

You should be able to do this if you change the Permission Scheme of the project, and grant yourself the Delete permission.

But how? I can find absolutely no button, shortcut, menu item, etc that says "delete" this review.
